With government currently reviewing the Complaints Procedure and with the patient perspective now a key plank of policy making, this conference provides an opportunity for NHS professionals and service providers to reflect upon their own practice regarding complaints handling, patient feedback and public involvement. It will examine good practice relating to organisational management, information management for the monitopring and measuring of performance, conflict resolution and deadling with legal challenges.
